Kith offers returns on domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases, footwear, and exclusive collaborations are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Select Resolution
Choose between a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee, or opt for a Kith store credit gift card.
Prepare the Package
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking information; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
